THE PURPOSE
Regardless of which direction things go on November 3rd, we can count on one thing: it could be a time of incredible fear, anger and pain in our country.
Effective political engagement goes hand-in-hand with emotional self-care.

This Free Event is one of many ways our organization furthers our cause of growing hope & resiliency through mental health promotion, prevention, and recovery.
